Add a Teams Meeting to Timetable Position

  1. Click Timetable in the left menu.
  2. Click the timetable position to which you want to add a Teams meeting.
  3. Click Create Teams Meeting, located to the right under Tools.
  4. A Teams meeting is now created. To join the meeting, go to the timetable position and click Join Microsoft Teams Meeting (Click here to join the meeting).

Only those in the timetable position can access the meeting. Only you as a teacher have access to the meeting settings that you come to through Meeting Options.
