As a school administrator, you can manage the roles of your colleagues in Haldor.

  1. ClickSearch located in the upper right corner of Haldor.
  2. Searchfor the colleague for whom you want to add a role.
  3. Under Staff, click the colleague to whom you want to add a role.
  4. ClickRoles
  5. Select/deselectthe role(s) that the colleague is to have/is not to have
  • Student mentor – The User is given the option to link student mentor groups to Haldor
  • Special education teacher – The User is given the option to create Reasonable adjustments
  • Curriculum administrator – The User is given the option to create their own curricula
  • Conversation administrator – The User can access messages flagged as Inappropriate by student mentors/students/guardians
